Job description

Owners project management firm is seeking project managers with experience managing the planning, design, and construction of public projects. The projects will be located in Rhode Island.
Candidates must have experience successfully:
  • Managing the planning, design, construction, and occupancy of at least one project with a value of over $20 million,
  • Preparing, tracking, and managing budgets and schedules,
  • Managing projects in a multi-stakeholder, demanding end user environment
  • Managing multiple projects concurrently

Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience:
  • Managing capital construction projects for colleges and universities,
  • Managing projects, as an employee or a consultant, for a state agency responsible for managing new construction and renovation of state buildings used by other state agencies, and
  • Managing projects in Rhode Island subject to Rhode Islandlaws and regulations appliable to public construction projects.
