Job description

We are an established general contractor specializing in the Renovations of Multi-Family and Residential homes. Emphasizing a team approach, we offer construction management, general construction, and design/build services with each program tailored to meet the client's needs. We are seeking a Construction Project Managers/General Field Superintendents to manage, supervise and oversee all subcontractors and in house team, provide detailed work scheduling and oversee all construction field activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage field activities for multiple projects.
  • Order and schedule materials, manage and schedule subcontractors and vendors.
  • Supervise craft workers and employees, Provide onsite quality control.
  • Enforce safety program.
  • Maintain and update construction schedules on a daily basis.
  • Manage and maintain project record-keeping and correspondence.
  • Maintain daily communication with office staff, maintain customer service and satisfaction.
  • Work with Governmental/ Public agencies a MUST.
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently without supervision, Ability to multi-task multiple projects successfully.
  • Ability to work in an environment where urgency is the norm, Can-do work ethic.
  • Ability to "change gears" when necessary and willing to "roll up their sleeves" to get the job done.
