Job description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead key projects from start to finish for a company based in the storage sector. You'll oversee redevelopment of existing buildings, new builds, and mixed-use schemes โ€” all delivered on time and on budget.

Candidate Specification

Youโ€™ll have a strong background in project management, budgeting, and analysis. QS skills are a bonus. A RICS qualification is nice to have, but not essential โ€” we care more about what you can deliver.

  • Track record in construction, fit out, refurb & building project management.
  • Experience in new build steel portal frame buildings.
  • Experience leading projects from cradle to grave.
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from inception through completion, keeping everything on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate our internal team, suppliers, and contractors to make sure work runs smoothly.
  • Develop clear project scopes for commercial builds and refurbs, with solid plans for stakeholders.
