Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to join our growing scaffold construction team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully delivering multiple scaffold construction projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction practices, preferably with direct experience in scaffolding, access systems, or related industrial or commercial construction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple scaffold construction contracts and projects concurrently from pre-construction through final handover and closeout
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
  • Coordinate with clients, general contractors, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
  • Conduct site visits and pre-job assessments to evaluate scaffolding needs, site conditions, and potential risks
  • Ensure all projects comply with OSHA safety regulations, company safety policies, and industry best practices for scaffolding erection and dismantling
  • Oversee project procurement, material ordering, equipment allocation, and labor scheduling
  • Monitor project progress, track costs, and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on time and within budget
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
  • Lead project meetings (internal and external) and provide clear communication
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues as they arise
  • Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications
  • Technical Construction Background:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field or
  • Equivalent combination of technical construction training/education and hands-on experience in construction (required)
  • Direct Construction Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction, with preference given to candidates with scaffolding, industrial, commercial, or heavy civil construction background
  • Strong technical understanding of scaffolding systems, access solutions, and construction methods
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project (or similar scheduling software) required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with scaffolding systems
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalent
  • Experience with construction management software (Procore, Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, etc.)
  • Knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
