We're looking for a driven Multifamily Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of multi-family construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Track costs, manage change orders, and prepare monthly forecasts to keep projects financially sound.


Quality & closeout


Lead job walks, punch lists, inspections, and final closeout packages to deliver a polished product.


Safety & compliance


Uphold safety programs, ensure subcontractor compliance, and respond quickly to incidents or near misses.


What we're looking for


3 to 5 years of construction or project management experience, ideally in multi-family or production housing


Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specs, and schedules


Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)


OSHA training or safety certification preferred
