Roche Bros Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple active job sites throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. This hands-on field role is responsible for coordinating crews, monitoring progress, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.

Responsibilities

Travel daily between job sites in a company-provided truck

Monitor project progress, scheduling, and site readiness

Read and interpret construction plans and cutsheets

Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and field logistics

Generate reports and attend project meetings

Maintain safety compliance on active job sites

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required

OSHA 30 preferred

Construction/project management experience preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
