 About the Role

As Production Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of production and offer deep support to our three lead/site supervisors.

This is a high-impact leadership role. We need you to provide high-level strategic thinking alongside the smallest details - whatever is needed in the moment. 


What You’ll Be Doing 

 

This role oversees production across multiple high-end residential projects, ensuring schedule, budget and client experience area executed at a high level.

·       Weekly 1:1 meetings with members of the team

·       Weekly meetings with clients

·       Visit job sites

·       Manage and coach project leads

·       Own successful outcomes for 3-6 active residential projects at a time

·       Own and ensure accurate project schedules

·       Own and ensure accurate invoicing and change orders weekly and on time

·       Identify and implement process improvements across production

What We’re Looking For

Highland build needs someone with 3+ years of experience in the following: 

·      Coaching direct reports

·      Providing ‘white glove service to clients, team members, architects, designers, and vendors

·      Experience in residential construction project management; Design-Build experience is strongly preferred

·      Management of multiple projects simultaneously

·      Experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar
