🎯 Experience: 15–20+ years


Key Requirements:

• 15–20+ years of progressive construction project management experience

• Experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects

• Strong background in project budgets, forecasting, scheduling & profitability

• Experience with owner contracts, contract negotiation, risk management & dispute resolution

• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects & engineers

• Strong leadership and ability to mentor PMs and Project Engineers

• Experience with GMP contracts, RFQs/RFPs and change orders preferred

• Strong business development and client relationship skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred

• Construction certifications such as PE, OSHA 30, USGBC, CMAA, or ASHE are a plus
