Key Requirements:

โ€ข 15โ€“20+ years of progressive construction project management experience

โ€ข Experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects

โ€ข Strong background in project budgets, forecasting, scheduling & profitability

โ€ข Experience with owner contracts, contract negotiation, risk management & dispute resolution

โ€ข Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects & engineers

โ€ข Strong leadership and ability to mentor PMs and Project Engineers

โ€ข Experience with GMP contracts, RFQs/RFPs and change orders preferred

โ€ข Strong business development and client relationship skills

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
