Senior Project Manager – Transit Infrastructure (GTA)Overview

One of Canada’s largest and most reputable construction companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Transit Infrastructure division in the Greater Toronto Area. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with deep expertise in rail and transit projects, looking to take full ownership of high-profile, complex builds.

You will play a key role in delivering major LRT, heavy rail, and civil infrastructure projects, while leading high-performing teams and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of large-scale transit infrastructure projects, from pre-construction through to close-out
  • Manage and oversee LRT, heavy rail, and heavy civil projects across the GTA
  • Act as the primary client interface, ensuring strong relationships and successful project delivery
  • Provide strategic leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
  • Lead procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
