Job description

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
Salary: Starting at $50,000 annually

A growing company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate residential and commercial projects from scheduling through completion. This position serves as a key liaison between builders, homeowners, customers, and the production facility, ensuring each project stays organized, properly scheduled, and moving forward.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities, think on their feet, and remain professional when schedules change or challenging situations arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of communication between residential and commercial builders, homeowners, customers, and the production team.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls and emails regarding scheduling, project status, changes, and customer needs.
  • Enter and maintain accurate project and scheduling information within the company's software system.
  • Coordinate all aspects of job scheduling, including assigning resources for measurements, installations, service/work orders, and other project needs.
  • Make scheduling adjustments as needed when last-minute changes, delays, or unexpected issues occur.
  • Monitor projects to identify potential problems or scheduling conflicts before they impact the customer or installation.
  • Determine priorities throughout the day and make sound decisions when multiple projects or customers require attention at the same time.
  • Communicate changes and expectations clearly to all parties involved.
  • Follow projects through completion while maintaining accurate documentation and attention to detail.
  • Work closely with production and field teams to ensure projects are ready before scheduling the next phase of work.

Direct industry experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate.
