You'll manage everything from secure facility construction and ICD-705 compliant upgrades to light manufacturing, machining, and infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless execution across all phases. What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements while serving as the primary client contact throughout delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless communication
  • Oversee building infrastructure, space buildout, and secure facility construction projects, including ICD-705 compliant upgrades and new secure facility buildouts, maintaining strict operational security protocols
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget tracking systems, and risk logs to proactively identify and address potential issues
  • Review and process contractor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and payment applications to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, verify quality control standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Facilitate project meetings including design reviews, construction coordination sessions, and client status updates to keep all stakeholders informed
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports that provide clear visibility into project health and milestones
  • Maintain organized project files including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and closeout documentation for audit readiness and knowledge transfer

Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management or construction management experience managing light manufacturing, machining, and infrastructure projects
  • Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents with accuracy
  • Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, and building codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and senior leadership
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Availability for full-time on-site presence as required by project needs.
  • US citizenship is required for this position due to government contract requirements
  • Valid driver license

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience supporting secure facility projects or government construction programs
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain clearance for defense industry clients
  • Familiarity with secure facility construction practices, security protocols, and OPSEC requirements
  • Knowledge of ICD-705 standards and classified project delivery methodologies
  • Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, or LEED accreditation
