Job description

Position: Reconstruction Project Manager

Location: Logan, UT


We are looking for a confident, driven, and customer-focused Reconstruction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable making decisions, managing shifting priorities, building strong relationships, and leading projects from start to finish. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will work closely with our restoration team to help homeowners and businesses recover from disasters such as fire, water damage, mold, asbestos concerns, and other property losses. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee project schedules, budgets, collections, resources, and timelines while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and with exceptional customer service. Previous construction or restoration experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.

The Reconstruction Project Manager (RPM) finds satisfaction in celebrating and confirming completion of each and every project with the customer. Completion includes a number of team members: tradesman, sub-contractors, insurance company representatives, office staff and others.
