We are seeking an experienced, driven, and accountable Senior Construction Project Manager to join our US-based team. This role is for a leader who combines strong on-site presence with executive-level coordination. You take full ownership of your projects - from early concept development through final close-out - ensuring performance, mitigating risk, and aligning diverse stakeholders around a shared goal. You are decisive, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the confidence to challenge when necessary and the judgment to build strong, collaborative partnerships.
We are looking for Senior Construction Project Manager, and this is a remote position based in either the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
You'll make an impact by:
  • Lead office and light industrial construction and fit-out projects from concept through close-out.
  • Maintain an active site presence, identifying risks early and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project briefs, translating customer-specific requirements into clear planning and execution strategies.
  • Own project budgets, including contingency planning and change order management.
  • Drive performance across schedule, cost, quality, and safety metrics, holding all stakeholders accountable for delivery excellence.
  • Lead RFP preparation and contractor selection in coordination with cross-functional teams; support contract award and administration.
  • Proactively manage risks, resolve conflicts, and confidently challenge contractors or stakeholders to protect project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong, respectful relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring structured coordination and transparent communication.
  • Collaborate closely with authorities through permitting and final building handover.
  • Implement Siemens guidelines with focus on Sustainability, Digitalization, and Safety.
  • Integrate Siemens building technologies into projects whenever feasible.
  • Champion digital innovation to enhance efficiency, transparency, and execution quality.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and deliver clear, compelling presentations to steering committees.

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field - or 10+ years of relevant construction project management experience.
  • 10+ years of experience with delivering complex projects with full financial, contractual, and operational ownership.
  • 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional and multinational teams, aligning diverse stakeholders toward common objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex project data into executive-level insights.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the Americas (30-50%).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need of company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with BIM and LEED (or comparable sustainability frameworks) is advantageous.
  • PMI certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the confidence to make and stand by critical decisions.
  • Experience in international environments.
  • Advanced risk management capabilities, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate challenges early.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
  • Positive, collaborative approach with strong interpersonal awareness.
