Construction Project Manager / EstimatorAbout the Role

A growing construction firm is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Estimator to support projects from pre-construction estimating through final completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment using estimating software and construction drawings

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution

  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools

  • Monitor jobsite activities to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are maintained

  • Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to confirm project scope and requirements
