The Opportunity:

You will serve as a core leader managing operations, documentation, and field workflows for ground-up and multifamily projects. This role puts you at the center of project execution within a close-knit, family-oriented business environment. You will have full ownership over project administration while driving key milestones across all construction phases.


How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Direct end-to-end administration and operational execution for multifamily building projects.
  • Manage digital project records, submittals, RFIs, and change orders utilizing Procore.
  • Analyze architectural drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate field alignment.
  • Coordinate communication between site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets and track cost allocations to maximize financial efficiency.
