Job Description Construction Project Manager Position Overview: E-Solutions located in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with expertise in clean room environments to join our dynamic team. As a leading pharmaceutical construction company, we specialize in the design and construction of state-of-the-art facilities that adhere to the highest industry standards. Client Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays Duties/Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful project execution.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the construction process. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives on time and within budget. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all clean room construction activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including ISO cleanliness classifications and FDA cGMP guidelines.

Cost Management: Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain financial accountability to maximize project profitability. Safety and Risk Management: Implement and enforce strict safety protocols to protect the health and well-being of all project stakeholders, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and quality assurance records, to facilitate transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on clean room environments. Strong understanding of clean room design principles, construction techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
