Project Coordinator III

Location: Rayville, LA--Onsite

Duration: 18 Months (High Possibility of Extension)

About the Role

  • The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing the administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking project progress, monitoring deadlines, coordinating schedules and logistics, and maintaining frequent communication with stakeholders, team members, and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project schedules.
  • Coordinate deadlines and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor team progress and project milestones.
  • Coordinate client support efforts and communications.
  • Prepare project planning and progress documentation as required.
  • Attend client meetings and internal project meetings.
  • Provide administrative support and coordinate with General Contractors (GCs).

 

Must-Have Skills

  • Administrative support experience and coordination with General Contractors (GCs).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be task-oriented.
  • Previous project coordination experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
