Your Mission  

As our MEP Project Manager, you'll lead and inspire teams to deliver ambitious MEP project goals, build lasting partnerships, drive excellence in every phase, innovate for safety and quality, and foster continuous growth for yourself and others. 

 Your Role  

  • Lead and Inspire: Champion the coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems to achieve ambitious project goals. Support and mentor in-house MEP professionals, driving continuous improvement from project pursuits through turnover. 
  • Win Work, Build Relationships: Collaborate with Client Executives on project pursuits, RFP responses, and interviews. Forge lasting relationships with clients, architects, and engineers, embodying Dimeo's commitment to integrity and partnership. 
  • Deliver Excellence: Guide and expedite MEP systems with a relentless focus on budget, safety, schedule, and quality. Resolve major project issues, support operations reporting, and ensure every client objective is met-during and beyond project completion. 
  • Strategize and Innovate: Develop and implement project safety plans, identify risks, and create strategic solutions. Lead project meetings, establish communication protocols, and drive best-in-class processes for systems startup, testing, commissioning, and training. 
  • Grow People: Participate in annual performance reviews, mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers, and commit to ongoing technical and leadership development.
