Residential New Construction Plumbing

Location: Georgetown, DE

Sobieski New Homes is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction Plumber to win repeat business by doing quality installations of plumbing systems in residential new construction, including underground, roughs, and finals. This person would also help train plumbing helpers. Are you interested in a career with a growing company and supportive team? QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION PLUMBING INSTALLER

  • Licensed as a journeyman plumber (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of residential plumbing construction and ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to install water lines, water heater, sinks, and toilets
  • Knowledge of applicable state codes
