Job description

Job Title: Construction Observer Job Description We are seeking motivated candidates for a Construction Observer to provide field service support for our growing portfolio of PV infrastructure. The candidate will cover a region of operation and handle multiple project sites, assisting Construction Superintendents. The candidate must have the ability to travel from site to site in their operational area. The Construction Observer may also be called on to assist in site walks and quality inspections as directed by the Construction Superintendent in their region or the Director of Construction. Responsibilities
  • Enforce safety and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Measure productivity standards for contractors and subcontractors.
  • Assist Construction Superintendents in developing a 3-week look-ahead schedule and work with the project team to ensure the schedule is met.
  • Record deliveries and verify quantity count.
  • Review plans and specifications.
  • Complete administrative tasks given by the project team.
  • Conduct on-site inspections, including but not limited to civil, safety, mechanical, and electrical inspections.
  • Assist with on-site repairs to project sites.
  • Ensure site cleanliness.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
