Job description

A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Monitor to help them provide exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services to their Dallas, Texas clients.

Your Day Includes:

  • Observing construction activities and verifying compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Identifying defects and creating detailed daily reports of construction activities.
  • Collaborating with a team to provide insights and ensure project success.
  • Taking responsibility for projects and following through to completion.
  • Traveling to construction sites and working with clients to provide outstanding service.

Must Haves:

  • 1–3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.
  • QA observation experience in exterior walls or roofing for at least two cumulative years.
  • Technical expertise in exterior wall or roofing systems (e.g., waterproofing, siding, stucco, roofing materials).
  • RRO or REWO preferred.
