In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: 

  • Assist with design and construction meetings
  • Prepare progress reports
  • Assist with RFI's, and  submittals
  • Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders
  • Coordinate project and contract schedules
  • Maintain job record files
  • Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes
  • Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications
  • Assist Project Manager with administrative support

What you'll bring to our firm:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 8 years' of related experience
  • E-builder experience
  • Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must possess a driver's license

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
