  • Generous PTO, paid holidays, and wellโ€‘being time โ€” frontโ€‘loaded, not accrued over years
  • 100% salary replacement during extended medical leave
  • Substantial tuition reimbursement and professional development funding
  • Paid bereavement with a flexible, human definition of loss
  • Digital health and wellness perks at no cost to you

  • Managing and coordinating trade partners to ensure seamless execution on the ground
  • Maintaining strict ICRA and ILSM compliance in active, occupied healthcare facilities
  • Reviewing, updating, and enforcing project schedules
  • Building and maintaining strong client and trade partner relationships
  • Upholding a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and open communication
  • Identifying and solving problems on the fly โ€” before they become bigger ones
What You Bring: Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
  • Solid blueprint reading skills
  • OSHA 30โ€‘hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Valid driver's license
Preferred / Bonus Points:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture
  • 10+ years of healthcare or commercial construction experience
  • Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) designation
  • ICRA certification
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Experience leading BIM and Lean construction practices
