We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of ICI projects, including light industrial, fire halls, sports facilities, and community infrastructure.
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from pre-construction through to completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and contract delivery
  • Coordinate consultants, trades, and site teams
  • Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in ICI or similar sectors
  • Proven ability to deliver projects $3M–$15M
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
