The Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and closeout of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) upgrades, building modernization, environmental compliance works, and site rehabilitation projects. The role is responsible for management of schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder coordination.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Development
    • Support project scope definition, objectives, execution strategy, and delivery milestones.
    • Plan utility shutdowns/outages, project phasing, and develop continuity strategies to minimize disruption to operations.

Project Execution

  •  Manage day-to-day site activities for contractor and subcontractor activity.
  •  Monitor and track project progress and team productivity.
  •  Manage submittals, requests for information (RFI), inspections, and as-builts.
  •  Proactive communication with client operations.
  •  Coordinate shutdown planning.

Compliance & Safety Management

  • Implement site-specific safety plans, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
    •  Facilitate toolbox talks and permit-to-work systems (Lock out Tag Out (LOTO), hot work, confined space, Etc.).
  • Maintain documentation for daily permits, inspection reports, test records, O&M manuals, training, and closeout deliverables.
  • Coordinate with EHS teams to ensure compliance with OSHA and client safety programs.
Qualifications

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering, or a  minimum of 5-years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering MEPF, building upgrades, and site projects.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Project, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam.
  • Strong project controls capability (schedule, cost, risk, change management)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read drawings/specifications and manage construction phase activity.

Certifications (Desired)

  • OSHA 30-Hour (Construction)
  • First Aid/CPR

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$82,000 - $120,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
