WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the civil division, expand market presence, and align with company goals
  • Own Financial Performance: Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, billing, and contracts to ensure profitability, compliance, and cost control
  • Lead Project Execution: Oversee Project Managers and Superintendents across all phases, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Optimize Operations: Manage resources, schedules, and backlog using KPIs to maximize efficiency, productivity, and project outcomes
  • Build Teams & Relationships: Lead, mentor, and develop teams while strengthening client partnerships and driving new business opportunities


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Proven leadership experience in civil construction, managing teams and complex projects
  • Strong expertise in site development, earthwork, utilities, and infrastructure work
  • Demonstrated success managing budgets, P&L, and financial forecasting
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to think strategically while staying close to field operations
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices
  • Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office
