Job description

Commercial general contractor has an immediate opening for a leadman with a minimum of 1 year experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Assist superintendent with day-to-day operations on the construction site
• Assist in managing and motivating a work crew
• Assist in the coordination and monitoring of subcontractors
• Communicate site rules and safety procedures
• Be able to schedule and multitask
• Manage the jobsite when the superintendent is absent
