Construction Laborer (Experienced Only) – Nashville, TN

D&M Development is seeking skilled Construction Laborers with 5+ years of experience. Experience with underground utilities, trenching, or pipework is a strong plus.

This is a fulltime, yearround position with competitive pay and benefits.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must meet ALL of the following:

  • 5+ years construction labor experience

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly

  • Reliable transportation

  • Strong work ethic and safety mindset

  • Must live in Greater Nashville / Middle TN

  • No per diem or relocation offered

Preferred Experience

  • Underground utility or pipework

  • Trenching and site prep

  • Supporting pipe crews and operators

  • Experience on commercial or civil construction sites

Responsibilities

  • Assist with trenching and site preparation

  • Support pipe crews and equipment operators

  • Maintain safe jobsite practices

  • Perform physical labor as required
