The Construction Laborer supports all phases of building construction. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on work, learning new skills, and tackling different tasks each day. You’ll work on a variety of projects including concrete finishing, steel erection, welding, framing, sheeting, and general carpentry work.

This position requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the willingness to travel to job sites across the Treasure Valley.
