Roche Bros. Inc. is seeking dependable, hardworking Construction Laborers to join our growing team. Whether you have previous construction experience or are eager to learn, we provide the training and opportunity to build a rewarding career in commercial retaining wall construction.

This is a full-time, hands-on position working on active construction sites throughout Maryland, Northern Virginia, and surrounding areas. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a strong team, and taking pride in building quality projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labor on commercial retaining wall construction projects.
  • Assist with wall stacking, backfilling, and material placement.
  • Prepare and level footing stone for installations.
  • Cut blocks, caps, drainage pipe, and geosynthetic materials as needed.
  • Install drainage systems according to project specifications.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
  • Clean and maintain tools and equipment.
  • Follow directions from Foremen and Assistant Foremen.
  • Work safely while following company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
  • Construction experience is preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals.
  • Experience using hand tools; willingness to learn power tools and equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
  • Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
  • Safety-conscious and dependable.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
