Internship Opportunity - Project Support (Construction/Operations)
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Onsite- 6750 NE 41st Ave. Altoona, Iowa 50009

We are seeking a motivated student for a hands-on summer internship opportunity supporting project coordination and construction operations. This is a great chance to gain real-world experience in project management, vendor coordination, and site oversight while working alongside our General Contractor.
What You'll Do:
  • Assist with ongoing projects and day-to-day coordination tasks
  • Help manage vendor schedules to ensure proper sequencing of work
  • Support the bid process and vendor communications
  • Assist with purchase orders (POs), including tracking, approvals, and budget vs. actual monitoring
  • Conduct general site inspections to ensure work is completed accurately
  • Participate in stormwater inspections (SWPPP) and compliance activities
  • Provide support wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly

What We're Looking For:
  • Current student (preferred fields: Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
