SERVPRO of Lafayette is hiring a Construction Administrator!

This essential position is going to learn from and work side by side with all divisions to implement technology and processes to manage construction projects and help customers navigate the complexities of unplanned restoration.

What does a construction administrator do??
 
·         You will participate in daily team huddles to discuss daily project management
·         You will reach out to customers regularly regarding scheduling, timelines, job progress and bookkeeping. 
·         You will learn and manage insurance company requirements and frequently communicate with insurance personnel.
·         You will manage Internal / External communications as needed. 
·         You will create and manage accurate digital construction job files.
·         You will assist with project management including communications, permits, estimates, budgets, schedules, & timelines. 
·         You will help onboard and manage vendors, suppliers, subcontractors
·         You will help manage accounts receivable and accounts payables
·         You will regularly meet with managers for 1:2:1 feedback session
·         You will have fun working with our incredible family of team members who work hard but enjoy what they do every day.
