This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role supporting a fast-growing real estate development and construction platform operating across the country. Youโ€™ll work closely with leadership and play a key role supporting insurance operations tied to large-scale commercial projects, asset insurance and affiliated businesses.

We are looking for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and being a key contributor behind the scenes.

Why Flatwater + Goldenrod?

  • Backed by Goldenrod Companies, a vertically integrated real estate development and construction platform with a national footprint
  • Exposure to large-scale commercial projects and multiple business lines
  • Entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with strong visibility and growth potential
  • Small team feel with long-term career opportunity
  • Opportunity to help build and improve processes as the platform continues to expand

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate insurance policies, renewals, endorsements, billing and documentation
  • Manage COIs and compliance tracking
  • Work directly with brokers, contractors, and internal teams
  • Support workers' compensation and project-related insurance processes
  • Track key deadlines and maintain organized reporting/documentation
  • Assist with day-to-day operational support across the insurance platform

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Prior experience handling certificates of insurance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Strong follow-through and ownership mentality
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Downtown Dallas, TX

If you enjoy being the person people rely on, like variety in your day, and want an opportunity with a company thatโ€™s growing rapidly, weโ€™d love to connect.
