Role Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties to support construction crews, including material handling and site preparation.
  • Cut, bevel, paint, and prepare construction materials according to project requirements.
  • Organize, stage, and store materials in a tidy and safe manner to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Maintain site cleanliness through sweeping, debris removal, and general housekeeping.
  • Regularly perform tasks at heights using proper safety procedures.
  • Participate in required training and development activities.
Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant construction or general labor experience
  • Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in awkward positions
