Position Overview

Hamilton Construction Co. is seeking a Laborer - Bridge to support bridge construction projects in the Thompson Falls, Montana area. This role involves performing a variety of physical, hands-on tasks to assist crews in safely and efficiently completing projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in demanding outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities

General Labor & Site Support
Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on bridge, highway, and rail construction projects
Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as needed
Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment

Safety & Compliance
Follow all company safety policies and project-specific safety requirements
Adhere to environmental regulations and jobsite procedures

Required Qualifications
