Job description

What We Offer:

  • $20-$50/hr. (based on experience)
  • 4-day workweek (10-hour days, most Fridays off!)
  • Paid holidays after 90 days

Key responsibilities

  • Perform site prep: clear lots, dig footings, set and backfill trenches, grade and compact soil
  • Assist framing crews: carry lumber, hold panels, toe-nail, install sheathing, and help set trusses
  • Load/unload materials, organize deliveries, stage materials for crews, and return unused materials

  • Operate basic hand and power tools safely (saws, nail guns, drills, levels)
  • Clean and maintain jobsite: debris removal, sweeping, wheelbarrow work, and recycling materials
  • Follow residential code and site-specific safety protocols; use PPE and report hazards
  • Assist with demolition and selective removal during remodels, ensuring protection of existing finishes

Required qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in construction or landscaping helpful; willing to train motivated candidates
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
