Construction General Field Superintendent - Luxury High-Rise Residential (Miami-Dade County, FL)

Our client is seeking a General Field Superintendent with proven experience delivering luxury residential towers with at least one completed in Miami-Dade County, FL.

Florida Construction Connection has been retained to identify an accomplished General Field Superintendent to lead the construction of a landmark luxury residential tower exceeding 50 stories in Miami-Dade County.

This is not an opportunity for someone looking to step into their first South Florida high-rise. We are seeking a construction leader who has already proven they can successfully deliver projects of this scale and complexity in the Miami-Dade market.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

  • Minimum 15 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial high-rise projects within major metropolitan markets.
  • Successfully served as the General Field Superintendent from planning through closeout on at least one luxury or Class A high-rise residential tower in Miami-Dade County. Okay if the others out of State.
  • Extensive experience coordinating all field operations on projects exceeding 100 Million and experience with superstructure projects a plus and will be acknowledged.
