Job Description
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to support electrical construction projects across our core markets, including healthcare, advanced technology, higher education, and commercial sectors. This role bridges the gap between design and field execution, ensuring technical accuracy, quality control, and efficient project delivery. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • None.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating electrical construction activities on-site.

  • Support project teams with technical documentation, RFIs, submittals, and drawing reviews.

  • Conduct site walks to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with superintendents, foremen, and project managers to resolve field issues.

  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, and field changes.

  • Participate in quality control and assurance processes.

  • Interface with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.

  • Support commissioning and close-out activities.

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction practices.

  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.
