TradeWise Staffing is hiring Commercial Journeyman Electricians and Electrical Apprentices for a long-term commercial construction project in Cleburne, TX.


This is an approximately 10-month project with consistent overtime, making it a great opportunity for electricians looking for steady, long-term work in the DFW/Cleburne area.


Pay & Schedule:

  • Electrical Apprentices: $28.00/hour
  • Journeyman Electricians: $35.00/hour
  • Overtime available
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour shifts + 8 hours Saturday
  • Approximately 58 hours per week
  • Long-term – approximately 10 months
  • Cleburne, TX
  • NO PER DIEM


Journeyman Electrician Responsibilities:

Journeyman Electricians should be experienced commercial electricians capable of working independently and helping direct workflow within a crew.


  • Commercial electrical installation
  • Install and run EMT/conduit
  • Pull and route electrical wire
  • Perform electrical terminations
  • Install and work inside electrical panels
  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Layout and execute electrical work from plans
  • Direct and assist Electrical Apprentices
  • Maintain production and quality standards
  • Work safely from scissor lifts and boom lifts



Electrical Apprentice Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced Electrical Apprentices who can contribute immediately on a commercial jobsite.

  • Assist with commercial electrical installations
  • Install conduit and electrical raceways
  • Pull wire and cable
  • Assist with terminations and panel work
  • Read and follow electrical drawings and specifications
  • Work alongside Journeyman Electricians
  • Perform assigned electrical work safely and efficiently
  • Must be comfortable working from scissor lifts and boom lifts


Requirements:

  • Commercial electrical construction experience
  • OSHA 10
  • MEWP Group A & B / Scissor Lift & Boom Lift certification
  • Must be able to pass E-Verify
  • Basic hand tools
  • Basic PPE
  • Ability to work approximately 58 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation to the Cleburne, TX jobsite
  • Ability to work safely and productively from day one
