  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal strategy
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances
  • Communicate directly with clients and carriers
  • Prepare cases for trial as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • 1-5 + years of civil defense litigation experience
  • Experience handling third-party insurance defense matters
  • Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing files independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Deposition and motion practice experience required
  • Trial experience or interest in trial work is a plus
