This role combines construction operations, data analytics, and technology to identify emerging project risks, translate data into actionable insights, and support timely intervention across the portfolio. The Analyst will work closely with senior leadership, project teams, functional groups, and the Data team to turn complex project data into clear, practical actions.
This is a high-growth opportunity for someone who understands construction, is curious about data and technology, and wants to directly influence project outcomes.

- Support Mission Control through leading-indicator dashboards, analytics, and executive reporting.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for Project Managers, Superintendents, and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Data and Operations teams to develop and deploy predictive analytics and construction technology solutions, including Tripwire 2.0, Schedule and Financial Analytics, and other emerging tools.

- Executive Reporting Modernization: Assess and reimagine Suffolk’s executive reporting portfolio to streamline reporting, improve data flow and insights, and establish a scalable future-state model. Partner with Regional Operations and Data teams to implement the future state, including opportunities to leverage AI for executive insights and action tracking.

- 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in construction operations, project controls, or data center construction.
- Construction experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controls is preferred.
