Job description

Position: QA/QC Controls Representative
Location: Sterling, VA area
Company: HVAC/BAS Service Provider
Description: This is an exciting direct hire opportunity to work with an established company dedicated to growth, safety, and development. The QA/QC Representative will support commercial construction projects by ensuring installations are completed in accordance with project specifications, approved documentation, applicable codes, and quality standards. This individual will perform field inspections, identify and document deficiencies, coordinate with project management and field teams to resolve quality issues, and help ensure work is completed correctly before final testing and project turnover. The ideal candidate has experience in construction quality control or field inspections, can interpret construction drawings and technical documents, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and project execution.
Requirements:
-Must have 5+ years experience with Building Automation Systems and Controls
-Must have experience with mission critical projects, data center preferred
-Must have experience utilizing Procore, Smartsheets, Microsoft, excel, or similar software
-OSHA 30 certification is required
-NICET certification preferred
-PLC experience is preferred
