Position Title:Credit Support Monitoring Analyst

Business Unit:Credit Risk and Support

Reports to:Supervisor of Credit Support Monitoring

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for reviewing and approving construction draws on Commercial Construction Loans. Other duties may include but are not limited to Construction Portfolio Monitoring and reporting, Intercompany loan fundings, Vendor Management activities and Regulation-O Monitoring.

Primary Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain the funding record for commercial construction loans, to include building the initial construction budget as well as reviewing and approving all subsequent draw requests in a timely manner to avoid any adverse customer impact, identify cost overruns and ensure proper approvals and documentation are in accordance with established policies and procedures to protect the Bank.

Review daily draw reports to ensure that all commercial construction fundings were properly approved in accordance with established Bank practices. Prepare and document all required information to be reviewer during the quarterly Construction Meeting. Generate monthly reports from the BUILT system to support analysis on the Commercial Construction portfolio.

Support the regulation-O Officer by running and maintaining various reports used to make sure the Bank meets all regulatory requirements. Change and maintain system coding to properly identify Reg-O accounts, review annual Reg-O questionnaires and update the Reg-O list of insiders in accordance with the information provided by the insiders.

Review and approve funding requests for Bank Capital Services Draws ensuring timely approvals to provide critical funding for Corporate Finance Department functions.

Maintain up to date Commercial Construction Vendor information in accordance with Vendor Management Policies and procedures, ensuring all documentation is submitted in a timely fashion to meet all established requirements.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
