Job description

Location: 169 Bay City Street, Providence, Rhode Island, 02905

Work Location: In person

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: $25.00 per hour - Part time 24 hours weekly
  • Benefits:

We provide a wide range of professional electrical contracting services to meet the needs of our clients. We are a highly resourceful and capable company, working across many different industries to provide services for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout the northeastern region and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
  • Labeling 
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Provide support to other team members as needed

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
