We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Site Assistant to help keep our job sites safe, organized, and running efficiently. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that takes pride in its work, we'd love to hear from you!


What You'll Do

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Install permit boxes
  • Foam and flash homes
  • Blow out the interior of homes during construction
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Keep the interior of homes clean throughout the building process
  • Pressure wash homes and job sites
  • Tow a trailer when needed
  • Complete punch list items assigned by your supervisor
  • Remove debris and maintain a professional job site appearance
  • Assist fellow team members to keep projects moving on schedule


What We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (required to operate a company vehicle)
  • Ability to lift 40+ pounds
  • Reliable, hardworking, and responsive
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
