Bring your passion, enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial spirit to work on the growing Live! brand. We’re one of the most successful regional gaming and hospitality companies in the country and need a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager to help our business units unlock more growth. You’ll support the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns primarily using Google Ads for our casinos, hotels, online gaming, entertainment, and restaurants. You’ll optimize our campaigns with our business partners and recommend test-and-learn opportunities to improve performance. We’ll also want you to help improve our organic search rankings (SEO) by working with our web teams on implementing SEO best practices. 

This position requires in-depth knowledge of search best practices: building paid campaigns, A/B testing, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on performance, and content ideation. We’re also looking for you to bring your POV on organic strategies from concept, execution and optimizations based on data analysis. You’ll also keep up with current AI trends and apply optimizations in our paid and organic strategies.  This is a highly visible role where the Performance Marketing Assistant Manager will work closely with corporate and multi-property departments, vendors, and agency partners. You’ll be based out of our Maryland or Philadelphia location but often work remotely. 


Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Paid Search  

    • Support and effectively communicate with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager regarding all paid search account management. 
    • Perform daily campaign activities for enterprise-level paid search campaigns including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, and campaign expansion. 
    • Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, establish bidding strategies to exceed KPIs and manage budget accordingly. 
    • Assist in paid search campaign strategies and testing projects. 
    • Assist gaming and gaming operations, floors promotions, Live! Rewards, as needed. 
    • Pull weekly campaign reports and analyze campaign highlights and action items. 
    • Collaborate with corporate and property stakeholders to support business goals, keeping stakeholders informed of performance to goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 
    • Contribute to monthly marketing best practices presentations and quarterly digital agency reviews. 
    • Coordinate with digital media agencies as needed. 
    • Mentor teams on SEM best practices, update on industry news, maintain relevant certifications, and identify learning opportunities. 

    SEO 

    • Support Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with SEO projects. 
    • Partner with agency and internal team to implement SEO standards during site redesigns, major and minor enhancements, and new site features. 
    • Monitor SEO performance by utilizing SEO tools such as Semrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4. 
    • Identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits, and data/traffic analysis. 
    • Mentor teams on SEO best practices, update on industry news and identify learning opportunities. 

    AI Search 

    • Support the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager with AI optimization projects. 
    • Measure AI performance using AI tools.
