RN - Endoscopy

This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Endoscopy department at University Hospital. The shift is from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with five shifts per week totaling 40 scheduled hours. The job order starts on 08/17/2026 and ends on 11/16/2026, making it a 13-week contract. The job description includes day/evening, 8-hour shifts with rotating start times between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM, and a weeknight call requirement. The RN must be able to perform moderate sedation in procedures and pre/post all levels of care including PACU/Phase I and Phase II recovery. Experience in recovering sedated GI and pulmonary procedures such as ERCP, EUS, EGD, Colonoscopy, endoscopy/Bronchoscopy is required, with two years of experience in the last three years. Level I trauma center or similar hospital experience is required, along with Epic experience. The traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to starting. An RN license, AHA ACLS, and BLS are required.
