Description:
A growing medical device manufacturing team is seeking Manufacturing Operator I professionals to support assembly and production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level manufacturing candidates as well as individuals with soldering or medical device assembly experience.
The team is open to training candidates on regulated manufacturing requirements and assembly processes. Strong attendance, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks
- Assemble small components and devices using hand tools
- Follow written work instructions, SOPs, blueprints, and verbal instructions
- Support inspection activities, including visual and in-process inspections
- Maintain accurate production and assembly documentation
- Assist with inventory handling and material movement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Escalate quality or production concerns to leads or supervisors
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production goals

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand SOPs, work instructions, and blueprints
- Basic computer skills
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn soldering and regulated manufacturing processes

Preferred
- Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
- Medical device assembly experience
- Soldering experience or IPC-J-STD-001 certification (or similar)
- Experience working in regulated or cleanroom environments
- Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or quality systems

Training & Work Environment
- One week of training including computer-based and hands-on assembly instruction
- Some employees may work in cleanroom environments requiring PPE such as gowns, masks, safety glasses, and hair nets
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods may be required
