Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal who will play a critical role in managing SEC reporting obligations, overseeing corporate governance, and supporting board-level operations. This role requires a professional with a strong background in public company compliance and a high degree of discretion in handling sensitive corporate information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a Paralegal Certification (from an accredited program)
  • At least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience
  • Experience with SEC filing protocols, and Section 16 requirements
