Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce
implementations, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and DevOps
standards.
• Direct the setup and optimization of the CI/CD pipeline using tools such as
Salesforce DevOps Center or Git to enable automated, high-quality deployments.
• Define and enforce branching strategies, coding standards, and secure
development practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration components.
• Govern the full release management lifecycle, including sandbox strategy,
versioning, deployment validation, and production cut-over planning.
• Oversight on the technical delivery of integration solutions, including REST/SOAP
APIs, Platform Events, and middleware integrations (MuleSoft)
• Ensure code quality and compliance through peer reviews, static code analysis,
unit testing, and adherence to security and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and cross-functional teams to
translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, conduct design
reviews, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes by analyzing deployment
